Max Beznosiuk is the Founder and Director of the UAinFocus Platform. He is Ukrainian with academic and research experience in international relations, international law, technology, and innovation.  Previously, he served as an Atlas Corps fellow in Washington, DC. Max is a recipient of several prestigious international scholarships (e.g., Atlas Corps Fellowship, StartingBloc Fellowship).
